TCMaternity Delivery Policy
As we are aware that it is important for you to receive your order as soon
as possible, we adhere to the following shipment policies:
Orders made from Monday-Friday will usually be sent within 24 hours, however, you should allow
up to 5 working days during busy periods.
Orders made from Saturday-Sunday will be sent the following working day.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
All tracking information is logged.
Please ensure to provide the correct delivery address. POBox addresses CANNOT be accepted.
Your order should be with you within 2-3 days of dispatch, however this time may be extended
during busy periods and overseas orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you of expected time delivery.
UK DELIVERY: £2.50 PLUS £1.00 PER ADDITIONAL ITEM PLACED IN ONE TRANSACTION
Delivery charges automatically calculated at checkout for UK orders only.
OVERSEAS ORDERS:
EUROPE DELIVERY: £3.50.00 PLUS £1.50 PER ADDITIONAL ITEM PLACED IN ONE TRANSACTION.
US/OTHER OVERSEA DESTINATIONS: £6.00 PLUS £2.00 PER ADDIONAL ITEM PLACED IN ONE TRANSACTION.
If ordering from overseas, you MUST email your order to ensure the correct postage is applied to your
order. Upon which time you will receive an invoice informing you of postage prices for your order.
By emailing your order you ARE NOT under any obligation to complete your sale until you are satisfied
with your FULL order details, including postal prices.
Payment methods

Personal cheques, along with full order details, allowing clearance time of 4-5 working days
Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promotional offers may be applied to individual offers, and used for one transaction
only, unless otherwise stated.
Exchange/Refund Policy
All items produced by TCMaternity are high quality and tested. We are confident that you
will be completely satisfied with your purchase and the service we provide. However in the event that you may need to return
your order, we can only accept it's return if it is unworn with labels attatched. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
If you require an exchange due to size or style, upon receipt of your orignial order to our warehouse, we
will dispatch your exchange free of charge.
All item returned for refund of exchange should be sent recorded, including tracking information. TCMaternity
is not responsible for return postal charges.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
